Returns and refunds

Damaged, wrong or tampered product

Supplements are consumables, so we cannot take back opened products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a broken seal, contact us as soon as you receive it with your order number and clear photos, and we will sort it out with you.

Cancelled or out-of-stock orders

If we cannot supply an item you ordered, we will tell you and suggest an alternative. If you have already paid for an order we cannot fulfil, the amount is refunded to the UPI account it came from.
